He hasn't been here very long, so who's here and who isn't is something he's still working out, but if he ended up here, then it wasn't too strange that someone like Zura would be here, too. (Not that he has any feelings about this either way. While most would be relieved to spot a familiar face, Takasugi generally didn't have those kinds of feelings for... well. Just about anyone. Whether he was here or not really didn't matter to him.)
