If that were the case, I wouldn't have contacted you, would I?
No, you're right. I was ungrateful. But I'm still not here to cut ties with you, or apologize.
Katsura-san, you were willing to murder someone to rescue me from a situation where that much violence wasn't necessary. Why?

[ There's a pause before he replies, because there's a lot about this response that he needs to take in.
He used my first name... he's never done that before. Is he hurting that badly? ]
Katsura-san...
Why keep trying to do all of this alone? I was with you. We could have worked together. Instead, you took it all upon yourself. Aren't we allies?
You don't have to kill anyone to reach your goals. Trust in us.

I'd say plenty of people are concerned, yeah. You sorta just disappeared after we got out of the tower. [He approaches the table with his rolling suitcase friend, looking at the game and blinking for a moment. He has to wonder if he's playing a game with Elizabeth or if Katsura's just become that bored in his isolation.]
Mind if I sit? It's been a while.

[ Yu likes Katsura, sure, but he doesn't feel especially close to him. But he'd do this for anyone. He genuinely wants to help Katsura. He doesn't seem like a bad person. He's unquestionably dangerous, but isn't that just because he doesn't know how else to handle this situation he's in? He said as much himself. How else? Yu feels like he can understand him, even if just a little... ]
Isn't that backwards? If you do everything alone, then you might not be there when those who are precious to you need you. You have to trust them, and rely on their strength.
I'm not saying you should deliberately put them in harm's way. But you can't expect to win without allies. We're all going to need each other.

I'll slap you like your mom.
[ Back to focusing on this game now!! ]
Hmph, you screw up once and it's like you blew up your balls. Gimme a break...

[It's clear from the way Katsura describes his exploits that he got his leg hurt during that raid, and that it's not the only reason why he's disappointed. Minato's been quiet while listening to him, eyes alert and his manner attentive until the question's asked, and then he hesitates to respond because he's known just as many setbacks- such a question is never easy to answer.]
A friend of mine once said that you should find a different path if you've lost sight of your goal. [His tone's decisive, but Minato stares at the other quietly as if he's not convinced that Katsura's deciding to throw in the towel- after all that same friend had chosen new goal similar to her lost one and it was only the object that changed.] ...Has your goal changed, Katsura-san?

[He's going to drop himself into a chair and leave the suitcase at his feet, giving Katsura a rather pointed look.]
If I was going to bring you flowers, it wouldn't be in a suitcase. [He pats it lightly.] It's Baymax. [...though...maybe he should have brought a get well gift? Oh god, why didn't he think of that?] Uh...all I have is half a pack of gummy bears. Sorry.

[ Leaving our enemies unscathed... CERES. It's clear at this point who the enemy is. The Flamines... they clearly exist, as evidenced by Rojo's post, but whatever their presence is, whatever their role, it's unclear. CERES is the group that's using them for their emotions. CERES is the group that's lying to them about the implants in their bodies. Why fabricate all these things if not for some more sinister purpose? Yu has to find out the truth, and that means going up against CERES with everything he has. That may well not be possible without someone getting irrevocably hurt.
Can he live with himself if that's the case?
He already has blood and death on his hands and his conscience forever.
Screams he has nightmares of.
Zura isn't the only one here with a deep and abiding fear of loss.
But the answers to these questions and hypotheticals and his goals run counter to each other, and he knows in the end that what he has to do and what is required of him shut down those answers every time, no matter what the answers are. It doesn't matter if he can live with himself or not; he will, and he must, regardless of the outcomes. ]
We won't know it's impossible unless we try it, Katsura-san. Together. They may have the upper hand, but the more of us that work together, the better our chances are.
I've never said we should go easy on them. I've always fought without holding back and without regrets. But there's a difference between fighting when you know you have to, and fighting recklessly.

Uh. [...oh, what the hell.] Would that help? He's supposed to be squishy and huggable anyway.
Then why tell me all of this? You obviously need something from me! And don't make this about you - I got my own beef with CERES and that Bridge long before you ran off.
